Solar Hot Water Collectors are packaged in boxes and shipped on long pallets with shrink wrap to better protect the glass tubes. If accessories are ordered , we may ship together with the collector on a pallet or separately with FedEx Ground if they do not fit well on a pallet.
We usually ship 10% of replacement tubes in case any of them are broken during shipment. If the number of tubes broken is less than or equal to the number of replacement tubes we ship together, we will not ship additional replacement tubes. Otherwise, we will ship more replacement tubes to you.
If any of the tubes are broken when you receive the shipment, please make notes on bill of lading and have driver sign as proof. You will also be asked to take some photos so that we can file claims against freight company.
Solar water tanks are shipped on pallets.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of collectors. Return of accessories including water tanks, work stations, controllers are accepted provided that they are not used. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We will refund after we receive return shipment.
Sales Tax:
We do not collect sales tax for all states except Missouri, which we collect 7.863% sales tax.
